Cardinal Health:
Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. Account Management is responsible for cultivating and maintaining on-going customer relationships with an assigned set of customers. Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service and recommendations in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, improvements to internal and external processes, and other areas of opportunity. Provides product service information to customers and identifies upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Oversee assigned Medical Products and Distribution customer(s) as it pertains to supply chain health and general service needs Bridge relationships between the customer's supply chain team and internal Cardinal Health teams to ensure flawless service Support customer expectations and requirements through proactive account reviews, and regular engagement and review of key initiatives Prevent order disruption to customer through activities such as: elimination of potential inventory issues, substitution maintenance, core list review, and product standardization and conversions Resolve open order issues by reviewing open order and exception reports, analyzing trends, and partnering with customer to take alternative actions as needed. Advocate for customer and partner across Cardinal Health servicing teams to bring rapid and effective resolution to customer's issues, requests and initiatives Track, measure, and report key performance indicators monthly Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with customer to support retention and growth of the account Requires client onsite visits, as deemed necessary.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred 2-4 years professional experience, preferred Direct customer-facing experience, preferred Strong communication skills, preferred Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook), preferred Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, preferred Highly motivated, creative, able to operate effectively within a team, preferred What is expected of you and others at this level: Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve Applies judgment within defined parameters Receives general guidance may receive more detailed instruction on new projects Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy Anticipated salary range: $57,000.00 - $81,600.00 Bonus eligible:
