Accounts Manager (Full-Time)
Salary:
Negotiable Summary Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting functions, to include reviewing general ledger entries and balance sheet reconciliations Lead and guide accounting team members, offering support and conducting performance reviews. Client Invoicing using QuickBooks. Bank Entry. Vendor Bill Entry in QuickBooks. Payroll entry. Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP) Oversee the smooth and accurate completion of month-end and year-end close Contribute to the creation and review of financial reports and statements Collaborate in coordinating internal and external audit processes Help develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong QuickBooks Experience in
MUST. 3-5
years of accounting experience In-depth knowledge of Generally. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
