Three years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-volume client management.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard CRM platforms.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and an ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
Proven track record of managing a professional book of business.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients within the Westminster area and beyond.
Conduct in-depth insurance reviews to identify gaps in coverage and propose effective solutions.
Guide clients through complex policy decisions with clarity, patience, and transparency.
Collaborate with our underwriting and administrative staff to ensure seamless policy binding and client onboarding.
Represent The Atlantic District at local networking events to foster community ties and increase brand visibility.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation to ensure compliance and top-tier service standards.
Salary Range:
