Job Description

Essential Job Functions Must have raw materials experience, SMC is preferred Serves as the voice of the customer by communicating customer needs, priorities, and concerns internally and escalating issues to the appropriate cross-functional teams for timely resolution. Owns and manages strategic customer accounts. Develops and executes account strategies to grow revenue and profitability. Leads quotation strategy and commercial negotiations. Presents complex commercial and technical proposals to customer leadership. Leads cross‑functional teams supporting customer programs and launches. Oversees program lifecycle management and escalation resolution. Supports forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning. Mentors Account Managers and Inside Sales Specialists. Documents opportunities in the CSP account planning tool and regularly tracks and reports progress, activity, and outcomes. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred. Minimum 8 years of progressive account management or sales experience. Demonstrated success managing complex or strategic customer accounts. Strong understanding of OEM and Tier 1 sourcing and product development cycles. Advanced negotiation and commercial strategy experience. Executive‑level communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel to customer and company locations up to 25%.
