What You'll Do Account Retention:

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure on-time payments and guest satisfaction.

Field Consultations:

Visit guests in the field to resolve account issues and offer solutions to keep their products in the home.

Deliveries & Setups:

Safely deliver, install, and demonstrate furniture, appliances, and electronics.

Referral Growth:

Act as a brand ambassador by encouraging guests to "spread the word" and earn rewards.

Requirements RTO Experience Preferred:

Ideally, you have worked in a role involving collections, account management, or route sales. The "Hybrid"

Skillset:

Ability to lift 50-75 lbs (and up to 300 lbs with a partner) while maintaining a professional, business-minded attitude.

Driver's License:

Valid license and clean record (Must be 21+).

Communication:

This role involves "Field Collections"—visiting customers at their homes to discuss past-due accounts or return equipment. Are you comfortable handling these types of professional, face-to-face negotiations? Give an example of a time you had to handle a difficult customer service or payment-related situation. How did you resolve it? This is a physically demanding role that includes heavy lifting AND managing financial ledgers/accounts. Does this hybrid "field and office" balance appeal to you?
