The Impact You'll Make As our Client Relations Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations—the one who ensures care flows seamlessly, clients feel valued, and caregivers are empowered to give their best. Your work will touch lives in ways that go far beyond a schedule. What You'll Do Advise people about the services we provide and how they can benefit from our care. Ensure care is started and delivered on time, matches client requirements, meets agency quality standards, and is vendor authorized. Coordinate with the Employee Relations Coordinator to match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and compatibility. Communicate with multiple vendors to arrange client service on a regular basis. Respond to schedule changes and urgent requests in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client care plans, records, and documentation. Communicate regularly with clients, families, and caregivers to address needs and concerns. What You'll Bring Experience client service and/or care coordination (home care or healthcare preferred). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with scheduling software.
