Responsibilities:
Pool Service:
Scheduling, dispatching, and routing technicians; monitoring appointments; managing service agreements; creating service calendars; updating customers on schedule changes; and maintaining customer files.
Office/Administrative:
Providing customer assistance via phone, email and in person; selling club memberships; and managing warranty claims.
Requirements:
