Job Duties and Expectation:

Production Planning and Execution Review the daily production schedule, open sales orders, inventory availability, customer requirements, and shipping priority . Translate the production schedule into clear daily assignments for production employees. Coordinate the staging, weighing, compounding, repacking, labeling, and movement of raw materials and finished products. Ensure customer orders are produced accurately and completed by the required ship date. Monitor production progress throughout the day and promptly address delays, shortages, quality concerns, equipmentissues, or competing priorities. Adjust labor and production assignments based on order volume, urgency, employee availability, and operational requirements. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Shipping to support the company's order-to-ship lead-time objectives. Escalate material shortages, scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, and customer-order risks before they affect delivery Performance . Fragrance and production experience needed.

$26.00 - $35.00 per hour
