Meet directly with customers to present AT&T products and complete sales enrollments Provide personalized consultations as a friendly Customer Account Representative to help customers find the best wireless or telecom solutions Deliver clear and confident sales presentations that educate customers on AT&T services Assist customers with account setup, questions, and product information Promote upgrades, bundles, and promotions to maximize sales opportunities Track customer enrollment records and follow up when needed, just like a trusted Customer Account Representative should Work with your teammates to reach daily and weekly sales goals Support a positive team culture focused on customer satisfaction and sales success Requirements For in our next
