In this role, you will recruit, onboard, and nurture channel partners to maximize sales, drive market expansion, and boost brand awareness.
Location:
Hackensack, NJ, Full Time, On-Site Key Responsibilities Partner Development:
Recruit and onboard new channel partners, maintaining strong professional relationships.
Sales Management:
Collaborate with partners to build business plans, evaluate performance, and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue goals.
Market Strategy:
Analyze trends to increase brand awareness and educate partners on our product portfolio.
Support & Coaching:
Counsel partners to exceed expectations and promptly resolve conflicts or pricing concerns.
Qualifications & Experience Languages:
Bilingual in Korean and/or, Chinese and/or Spanish (Required) .
Experience:
5+ years in marketing/sales, preferably in channel or partner management.
Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills; proficient in MS Office.
Traits:
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Travel:
