Job Description

Position Summary:
The Corporate Fleet Account Manager has overall responsibility for the successful execution of Excel Facility Services Group's fleet-washing program. The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between the corporate client, individual client locations, Excel management and field fleet-washing crews.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the client's single point of contact for the fleet-washing program. Manage approximately 6,000 scheduled vehicle washes per month across assigned markets. Develop weekly and monthly washing schedules. Coordinate vehicle availability with individual client locations. Provide schedules and daily assignments to Crew Leads. Monitor production throughout the week rather than waiting until month-end. Track companywide target of approximately 1,386 washes/week. Track individual crew target of approximately 462 washes/week. Identify crews or locations falling behind schedule and implement recovery plans. Coordinate make-up service for vehicles that were unavailable.
Maintain reporting distinguishing:
Scheduled vehicles Available vehicles Completed vehicles Client-unavailable vehicles Missed vehicles Rescheduled vehicles Review daily Crew Lead production reports. Verify vehicle/unit documentation and service records. Manage client complaints and quality concerns. Coordinate re-washes when appropriate. Perform periodic field visits and quality inspections. Monitor safety and wastewater-compliance procedures. Review chemical, equipment and supply requirements. Coordinate equipment repairs and backup equipment. Coordinate relief staffing for callouts and emergencies. Monitor overtime and labor utilization. Review Crew Lead performance incentives. Prepare weekly/monthly client KPI reporting. Conduct client operational meetings and performance reviews. Coordinate with Excel accounting to verify monthly billable vehicle counts. Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and additional fleet/facility services. Flexible Schedule with start time as early as 4am
