Ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully to understand each customer's priorities, challenges, and service needs. Present relevant AT&T solutions while clearly explaining features, benefits, and available service options. Assist customers with enrollment, account questions, service requests, and the next steps in their experience. Maintain organized customer information, communicate updates clearly, and follow up when additional support is needed. Work closely with teammates and leadership to support daily customer engagement, account development, and sales goals.
