Develop and execute account plans aligned with sales and marketing objectives to hit revenue and retention targets. Respond to client inquiries, offering scientific and clinical information alongside commercial solutions. Participate in client meetings, conferences, and webinars to support business planning and account growth. Partner with the Marketing team on strategic communications for key accounts. Maintain accurate, up-to-date Salesforce CRM records to manage the account pipeline and track client communications.
