Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Account Lead to join our growing team. Account Leads are the owners of the client relationship and are accountable for the overall success of the engagement. They are responsible for building trust, ensuring deliverables meet REA's standards, and using sound judgment to anticipate and address client needs. A strong Lead doesn't just complete tasks — they apply common sense, delegate wisely, and keep their accounts aligned with REA's long-term goals and values. They play a key role in enabling the company's growth by efficiently onboarding and delegating, creating team capacity for new accounts Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain trust with clients by serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Communicate proactively, timely, clearly, and professionally across all client touchpoints.
  • Execute seamless onboarding of new clients and identify opportunities for REA to add value.
  • Take ownership of commitments, meet deadlines, and show initiative by addressing needs before they arise. Deliverables & Financial Oversight
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, timely, and high-quality.
  • Conduct financial reviews to validate the integrity of data, identify risks, and provide meaningful insights to support client decision-making.
  • Use thoughtful judgment to escalate or resolve issues, taking responsibility for complex matters.
  • Facilitate AP functions by maintaining visibility into workflows, identifying issues early, and stepping in to resolve problems. Team & Workflow Management
  • Manage time and priorities effectively with consistency in reliability, punctuality, and follow-through.
  • Delegate effectively to offshore staff, ensuring instructions are clear and work is reviewed for accuracy.
  • Keep client work clearly organized and current in project management systems.
  • Monitor offshore capacity regularly to ensure optimal utilization and readiness for growth.
  • Foster collaboration across the team to support efficient, high-quality client service. Alignment with REA Standards
  • Model REA platforms, policies, and best practices in all client and internal interactions.
  • Adopt technology and automation where possible to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Remain flexible when circumstances shift and priorities change.
  • Serve as a dependable representative of the firm both internally and externally. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
  • 3-5 years of accounting or client-facing financial services experience preferred.
  • Experience managing client accounts and overseeing AP or accounting workflows.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar platforms).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate, prioritize, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience working with offshore or remote teams is a strong plus.
  • Experience in an outsourced accounting or advisory firm is highly desirable. What We Offer

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
