Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a strong candidate in managing key customer accounts within the over-the-road shuttle transportation sector,. This involves high end clients, colleges and executives using coach buses for travelling. The future candidate must have the ability in fostering strong client relationships, and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead business development efforts, utilize advanced sales management systems, and contribute to the overall success of our transportation solutions. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities within the OTR freight sector Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction Conduct warm calling campaigns to engage potential clients and expand the customer base Lead enterprise selling efforts by presenting tailored transportation solutions that meet client needs Collaborate with your sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and promotional campaigns for business development Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through deal closing, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities and stay ahead in a competitive landscape Qualifications Proven experience in technical or software sales within a corporate sales environment, required in logistics or transportation industries Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Proficiency with sales management systems such as Salesforce, limoanywhere or similar CRM platforms Demonstrated ability to manage customer accounts effectively and foster long-term client relationships Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to present complex solutions clearly Experience in B2B sales, enterprise selling, and deal closing in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of transportation industry and the grit to lead both sales and drivers to success Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs, market conditions, and sales performance metrics Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results in a competitive environment We value energetic professionals ready to take on challenges with enthusiasm and strategic insight.
