In person Position Summary The Client Relations Ambassador is the first point of contact for clients, showroom visitors, and potential partners. This role combines hospitality, client support, scheduling, CRM management, and proactive relationship-building to support sales and generate referral and partnership opportunities. About Selective Remodeling Selective Remodeling is a Long Island-based home remodeling company focused on craftsmanship, integrity, and client care. The company specializes in kitchens and bathrooms, roofing, siding, windows, renovations, outdoor living, dormers, and extensions. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and showroom visitors, providing a warm and professional experience. Schedule sales consultations accurately while capturing client needs, goals, concerns, and project details. Maintain accurate and timely CRM records after every interaction. Keep the showroom clean, organized, welcoming, and client-ready. Document product selections, finishes, and client preferences during design consultations. Conduct outreach to real estate agents, brokers, community organizations, neighborhood groups, and local businesses through calls, email, social media, networking, and in-person visits. Help coordinate partner presentations, meeting logistics, and ongoing follow-up. Manage and track the referral pipeline, ensuring partner-sourced leads and resulting business are properly recorded and credited. Represent Selective Remodeling's brand, mission, and values with professionalism, warmth, and confidence. Participate in professional development, including 10X Business Academy and Cardone University training. Collaborate closely with sales and leadership while keeping client and partnership information organized and current. Manage schedules, follow-ups, and outreach consistently without allowing tasks to fall through the cracks. Client-facing experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, sales support, or community outreach preferred. Candidates without prior experience may be considered and trained. CRM, scheduling, or office-management experience is a plus. Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, and follow-through skills required. Must be comfortable with cold outreach by phone, email, and direct messaging. Must be interested in personal and professional development. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move around the showroom for extended periods. Ability to work at a desk/computer for extended periods. Ability to attend networking events, real estate office visits, and local business engagements.
