Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Client Relations Director to support an investment banking client in NYC. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing workplace hospitality services, conference center operations, reception, mail, and print services across multiple locations (mainly NYC). This position required a hands-on leader who can balance strategic oversight, client relationship management, operational excellence and team development. The ideal candidate will bring a strong hospitality mindset and a proven track record managing white-glove service environments within financial services, legal, or luxury hospitality organizations. This is a fully onsite role requiring 5 days a week onsite in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of workplace services, including: Conference center operations, Reception and lobby concierge services, Mailroom operations, Print services
- Manage and develop a team of managers overseeing hospitality and workplace support functions
- Serve as the primary client-facing leader, building relationships with executive stakeholders and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Own operational performance, service delivery metrics, and financial performance of the account, including P&L responsibilities
- Establish and maintain white-glove hospitality standards across all service lines
- Partner with leadership on initiatives to enhance workplace experiences, including conference center expansion and hospitality-focused programs
- Continuously evaluate and improve service offerings, processes, and employee experiences
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to managers and frontline teams
- Handle escalations, service recovery situations, and complex client requests with professionalism and urgency

- 5+ years' experience managing workplace services and people managers
- Experience within a financial services firm, investment bank, private equity firm, hedge fund, or law firm
- Strong hospitality background: luxury hotels, hospitality management organizations, high-end conference/event operations, white-glove corporate environments
- Experience managing conference services, reception teams, mailroom operations/print services
- Experience owning budgets, operational metrics, and P&L responsibilities
