We partner with Kinetic Fiber to help connect individuals with reliable, high-speed internet solutions. We are currently hiring an Entry Level Business Representative to serve as a professional resource for customers, build strong client relationships, and support account management throughout the customer experience. As an Entry Level Business Representative, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain available Kinetic services, and provide guidance throughout the account process. You'll represent the Kinetic brand professionally while helping ensure customers receive solutions that best fit their household or business. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Business Representative Build and maintain positive customer relationships while representing Kinetic Fiber. Meet with existing customers to understand their internet needs. Assist customers with account setup, service changes, scheduling, and general account support. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Follow up with customers to provide ongoing account assistance and ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with team members to support daily client and account management activities. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Professional and customer-focused approach. Organized with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable learning new products and account systems. Ability to manage multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, business development, or account support is helpful but not required.
Pay:
$54,177.25 - $65,245.71 per year
