This role is ideal for a detail driven professional who thrives in a fast paced advisory environment, exercises sound judgment, and takes pride in precision, follow through, and meaningful client relationships. You will serve as a trusted partner to advisors and a primary point of contact for discerning, multi generational clients—ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and exceptional service at every interaction. • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, account service needs, trading requests, and cash movements with the goal of resolving issues efficiently and proactively
• Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, including account opening, transfers, documentation, due diligence, and ongoing account maintenance
• Prepare high quality materials for client meetings, investment proposals, advisor travel, and expense administration
• Partner closely with financial advisors to anticipate client needs and continuously elevate the client experience
• Monitor account activity and ensure strict adnce topliance, regulatory, and firm standards

• Bachelor's degree preferred (business, finance, accounting, or related field)
• Exceptional attention to detail; you enjoy doing things right the first time and meeting deadlines under pressure
• Strong written and verbalmunication skills with confidence interacting with high net worth clients
• Excellentanizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• High integrity, discretion, tactfulness, and sound professional judgment
• A calm, solutions oriented mindset and a genuine, client first philosophy
• A collaborative, adaptable team player who navigates changing priorities with professionalism
• SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses, or willingness to obtain within six months
