An Equipment Rental Manager oversees the rental of equipment in industries such as construction, landscaping, agriculture, utility, manufacturing, and consumer services. They may also oversee the dispatching of delivery trucks and the loading and securing of materials prior to delivery. These managers must keep records to ensure that inventory is taken properly and certain items are available upon request. They also prepare rental contracts and ensure that they adhere to regional and national laws and regulations.

location, who will provide legendary customer service to rental customers in loading and unloading equipment and maintain the rental equipment yard in an organized manner. Duties and Responsibilities Load and unload rental equipment utilizing customer methods of towing as well as the towing service Bobcat Enterprises contracts with. Work directly with customers when loading and unloading equipment as well as when reviewing delivery instructions with the customer, including equipment operation, safety instructions and location of operating manual. Maintain the rental yard in an organized and neat manner. Light equipment service to include greasing, fueling and checking fluid levels of equipment. Clean equipment as needed. Setting up or preparing the equipment for rental including adding or changing attachments based on customer requirements. Prepare check sheets for rentals, listing qualities of the equipment and comparing the completed check sheet to the equipment upon its return to Bobcat Enterprises. Continual communication with the Rental Department and other departments throughout the day to stay up-to-date on equipment usage and changes. Other duties as required.Physical Requirements:
Ability to run BEI equipment in a safe manner. Ability to lift 50 lbs., stooping and bending Able to work in various weather conditions walking the Rental Yard checking on equipment, loading and unloading equipment and during inventories.Job Type:
