This position will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding projects from initial consultation and quoting through production, billing, and fulfillment. Additionally, this position will support production by purchasing and managing supply inventory to execute jobs and developing production schedules. This position actively engages and builds relationships with customers and maintains collaborative working relationships with community partners including wholesale distributors, commercial customers, wholesale shops, and nonprofit partners. This role combines exceptional customer service, relationship building, sales, and production coordination to keep projects on schedule, maintain a strong production pipeline, and ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

High School diploma or GED required.

Experience:

Customer service, sales, communication, marketing, or related experience. Proficiency with standard workplace technology, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Outlook, email, and internet-based tools. Must be able and willing to learn how to use the following platforms: Honeybook, Shopify, Square, DropBox, and Google Drive.

Skills:

Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and positively with a wide range of customers and community partners.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of or willingness to learn screen-printing processes, production requirements, and common industry terminology. Preference may be given to those with inventory management, purchasing, and budgeting experience.
