Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Pennsylvania Life & Health license. Strong track record of managing insurance portfolios and meeting growth targets. Professional experience in a client-facing consultative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-standard CRM software. Excellent organizational and follow-through capabilities. Responsibilities Conduct thorough reviews of client coverage to identify protection gaps and provide tailored solutions. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders, acting as their go-to advisor for all life events. Manage a diverse pipeline of insurance products across property, casualty, life, and health lines. Develop and execute local outreach strategies to connect with families and businesses in the Chester community. Provide ongoing support to existing clients, assisting with policy updates and claims guidance. Collaborate with the agency team to refine sales strategies and improve client retention.
