What You'll Do You will play a key role in supporting the Account Management Team and contributing to the successful delivery of wellness programs nationwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and supporting wellness events and initiatives. Managing projects and ensuring timely execution of client deliverables. Assisting with staffing, provider recruitment, and workforce coordination. Supporting business development and client growth initiatives. Contributing to marketing and administrative activities. Collaborating with team members to solve problems and improve processes. Providing creative, client-focused solutions that support organizational growth. Requirements for Success The ideal candidate will possess: Preferred background or experience in wellness, health promotion, or related fields. 2-4 years of experience providing administrative, operational, or business support services - proficient in Microsoft applications. Demonstrated success working independently with minimal supervision. Proven ability to build credibility, foster collaboration, and maintain strong client and team relationships. Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and meeting project objectives. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Strong creativity and resourcefulness in solving complex challenges. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including experience interacting with executives, professional staff, and community stakeholders. Education Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, relevant experience, and a strong work ethic. Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
