Job Description

Purpose:
The MESA Sales 4 (HKMC) Account Manager is responsible for managing OEM accounts, supporting mass production programs, and driving revenue growth through pricing, program development, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
Development:
Manage mass production and new program development activitiesSupport new product development in coordination with engineering teamsReview, process, and distribute customer engineering orders
Price:
Establish and manage sales pricing strategiesAnalyze and determine Engineering Order (E.O) cost impacts and pricing adjustments
Sales:
Develop and monitor sales plans (Plan vs. Actual)Track OEM production schedules and align with sales forecasting
Research:
Conduct market and competitor analysisPrepare monthly reports on HKMC sales performance in
North AmericaCS:
Manage customer communication and ensure timely response to requestsMaintain high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required Experience working with OEM customers in the automotive industry preferred Ability to manage flexible work schedules aligned with customer requirements Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English preferred Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed Experience with ERP systems required (SAP preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP, Info systems. Strong understanding of automotive OEM business and supply chain Basic financial and cost analysis knowledge
Legal Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age due to federal labor law requirements.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Supervisory Responsibility:
None Working Conditions:
Primarily office-based work with extended periods of sitting, frequent use of computers, and regular communication via phone and email. Occasional travel required, including driving and visiting customer offices, OEM sites, and manufacturing plants.
Physical Requirements:
Constant use of computer and office equipment
Remote Work:
This position is not eligible for hybrid/remote work.
