This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable meeting with customers, identifying new work opportunities, preparing quotes, and following projects from the initial conversation through completion. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Generate new business and pursue new accounts
- Meet with property managers, HOAs, developers, commercial property owners, and other prospective clients
- Visit properties to identify stormwater maintenance and repair needs
- Assess new work opportunities and help develop scopes of work
- Prepare and send estimates, quotes, and proposals
- Follow up on outstanding proposals and sales opportunities
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, project status, and upcoming needs
- Look for additional maintenance and repair opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate with field crews and management to ensure customer expectations are met
- Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, opportunities, proposals, and follow-ups
- Represent Duck's Pond professionally in the field and with customers What We're Looking For

- Professional appearance and attitude
- Comfortable with sales, follow-up, and building long-term customer relationships
- Ability to inspect properties and recognize potential maintenance or repair opportunities
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record Stormwater, construction, landscaping, property management, sitework, or outside-sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. What We Offer
