Job Description

Position Summary The Account Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners across an assigned Oregon territory. This role focuses on new account acquisition, product pitching and sampling, account management, and receivables support while ensuring consistent brand execution in the field. The Account Representative plays a key role in expanding market presence, supporting retail success initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive sell-in and sell-through for Cache House brands. Key Responsibilities Conduct weekly sales activities within an assigned territory: Central OR
  • Eastern OR
  • I-84 including new account acquisition, product pitching and sampling, account management, and receivables support.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growth. Represent the brand with accuracy, consistency, and professionalism, effectively communicating the brand story to prospects, customers, and partners. Organize and host vendor days, brand activations, and retail events to drive visibility and strengthen partnerships. Provide product samples and support budtender education to promote brand knowledge and loyalty. Record all sales activity, notes, and follow-ups in the company CRM (LeafLink). Plan and communicate effectively during weekly one-on-one meetings with the Sales Director. Analyze sales data to identify trends, inform strategy, and optimize territory performance. Gather market insights and competitive intelligence from the field and share learnings with the Sales team. Support retail success initiatives, including promotional activities, vendor days, and budtender engagement programs. Maintain a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets and supporting overall revenue growth. Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of outside sales or account management experience. Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences. Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana. Experience with CRM tools (LeafLink preferred). Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Oregon.

Cannabis industry experience.
