The Account Technology Manager (ATM) develops and executes the strategy to achieve business targets and strategic objectives for the SiemensEDA 3DIC
business within the territory. Recognized as a go-to technical leader, the ATM leads opportunities with engineering teams designing advanced IC packages and heterogeneous systems. You'll drive priorities across the Advanced Packaging portfolio, clarify where to focus field resources, and maintain accurate engagement data (sales stage, progress vs. plan, action items, risks, and prioritization). In this role, you'll define technical account plans and sales/marketing campaigns to secure initial wins, drive proliferation, and build strategic development partnerships. You'll partner closely with the Account Manager to uncover and qualify competitive replacement and new business opportunities, build technical campaigns, secure the right technical resources and BU alignment, and drive campaigns to closure. You'll also provide critical field intelligence to help shape product direction and roadmaps, and collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and events that generate new leads.Responsibilities Include:
Develop the overall advanced packaging engagement strategy with field technical management to achieve business targets and strategic objectives aligned to WW Sales and BU priorities. Build top-down and bottom-up plans account-by-account across the territory, including strategies to capture unidentified whitespace opportunities. Define technical account engagement plans and campaigns necessary to achieve the results. The strategy and plans for each account must be approved by the Account Manager. Lead and manage the sales campaigns for the Innovator3D IC and Calibre3D product lines. Ensure understanding of all elements of any technical campaign- decision process, success criteria, committed usage upon success, run rate impact, AE resources required and, of course, solving the customer's problem.
Job Qualification:
BSEE Degree or equivalent Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related technology field or technical sales role Financial understanding to enable selling at a business level Product, market, and industry expertise in advanced packaging technology Negotiating skills Prospecting/uncovering skills Create and maintain technical campaigns Set appropriate expectations and decision criteria Excellent communication skills Ability to successfully drive closure of technical campaigns Ability to effectively work in a highly matrixed organization across account management, the field technical organization, and the business unit R D and Marketing teams Professional customer presence Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.
