For Makers, By Makers. Since 1818! The B2B Senior National Accounts Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, offering outstanding customer service, successfully selling Libbey marketing programs, products and promotions in the B2B channel, and achieving established sales goals. Libbey is looking for highly motivated sales professionals, with effective virtual office skills and experience. The B2B Senior National Accounts Manager role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, savvy and results-oriented individual to positively impact growth with one of the largest tableware suppliers worldwide. This is a fully remote position. Preferred location is Midwestern United States.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own overall planning and execution to drive sales growth and profit optimization in the B2B channel within the assigned territory, portfolio and new customer acquisition focus areas Enhance and grow business with existing customers and develop new business through successful prospecting strategies. Manage a ~10-30+ million-dollar portfolio of customers with strategic account diversity. Collaborate with the channel leader and cross-functional partners to align account planning strategy and goals Develop collaborative customer relationships and regularly work with buyers/stakeholders Leverage Libbey's pricing, inventory and new item development strategies and processes Partner with forecasters/planners for efficient production planning and customer service / delivery Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for new business Utilize prospecting data, tools and systems Design and provide effective sales tools including presentations, samples, reports, etc. Work cohesively with internal teams to communicate customer requirements and opportunities (product and service opportunities, special developments, competitive information, or feedback gathered through field activity) Lead and/or play an active role in sales, and occasionally non-sales related, projects Attend Libbey sales & business meetings, training events and Industry Trade shows Lead, influence and empower the organization to fulfill our purpose (living our legacy, shaping our future, and winning as one). REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required 10-15 years of direct sales experience required; with proven sales background working with customers that have B2B specification and process expectations for at least 5 of those years
  • also required Work requires national travel across the United States to current/prospective customers, trade shows, and Libbey events or training. This requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to collaborate with, and influence others to make purchasing decisions and deliver on company commitments Ability to develop and deliver presentations
