In other words, you're joining a team that is dedicated to helping our clients leverage technology in innovative ways to build a better world. This is a fully remote position. ROLE We're looking for a proactive, consultative Business Relationship Manager to manage a large portfolio of customer accounts and drive retention, adoption, and growth. In this role, you'll serve as the primary post-sale contact for up to 450 clients, helping them maximize value from their Autodesk and Symetri solutions while identifying opportunities for expansion and long-term partnership. Success in this role comes from strong prioritization, process discipline, and the ability to recognize which customers need a deeper level of engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own customer retention and renewal outcomes across a high-volume portfolio. Build strong client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative conversations. Identify and escalate customer risks using engagement and health indicators. Prepare and deliver Autodesk renewal quotes and Symetri support contract renewals. Partner with Sales to surface expansion opportunities and support account growth. Coordinate with technical, consulting, and support teams to ensure positive client outcomes. Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, contracts, and activities in Salesforce and other business systems. Guide customers through Autodesk licensing updates, program changes, and adoption best practices
REQIREMENTS
1-2 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Renewals, Inside Sales, or a similar customer-facing role. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (Planhat experience is a plus). Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word. Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Experience in software, SaaS, technology, or subscription-based business Familiarity with Autodesk products, licensing, or the AECO or Manufacturing industries Understanding of customer lifecycle management, renewals, and adoption strategies
