This position requires travelling to the Union and Grainger Boards of Education to accommodate the needs in Union County Schools District and Grainger County Schools District.

Morning 6:00am, details discussed during interview Non-Exempt $18.00 The work day for this position begins at 20-25 Hours per week. Schedule will remain flexible to adjust for business needs of the school districts.
SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Regional Director, register and/or train new applicants, employees, and district partners. Utilize systems to effectively place approved employees at the assigned sites in a timely and reliable manner. Achieve excellence in quality, service, productivity, and process reliability through superior, effective communication skills to deliver high levels of applicant, employee, and district partner satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Organizes, and manages activities of the role to achieve strategic objectives and performance excellence for the various service models and companies of STAFFEZ. Manages core processes to achieve excellence in quality, service, and productivity to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction; Manages and performs within functional processes, procedures, work instructions, and quality systems; Manages and performs within plans, policies, procedures and work instructions for this function; Performs within established delegation of authority and Company policies to demonstrate accountability; Performs with Company policy and relevant professional standards; Conduct applicant/enrollment/interview meetings; Conduct Interviews/Orientation/Applicant/Training Meetings. Teach and instruct groups ranging in size from 1 to 50 individuals. Speak enthusiastically, knowledgably, and clearly. Answer all questions about STAFFEZ policies, State laws, and Federal laws pertaining to 3rdparty educational employment. Ensure Federal government guidelines are followed in accepting of applicants' ID for I-9. Ensure I-9 forms are completed according to Federal government guidelines. Observe applicants for behaviors and/or comments not suitable for position, report concerns to STAFFEZ Leadership. Review applicant files to ensure applicants meets requirements of the positions they are applying for. Ensure employees files are updated and verified per company procedures. Communicates with district staff regarding a variety of issues. Responsible for assisting with the monitoring the staffing levels. Review qualifications of candidates. Ensure reporting is accurate. Troubleshoot issues or concerns; Train employees and district partners on process and procedures. Conducts verification and review of bi-weekly payroll information for submission to the payroll department. Work with STAFFEZ employees to problem solve and trouble shoot concerns. Works well with internal STAFFEZ and its sister companies' staff, in supportive and cooperative ways. Communicates effectively and on a regular basis with team members, STAFFEZ administration, supervisor, and assigned district partners. Support community involvement initiatives of the Company. Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. Keep STAFFEZ administration informed of status, concerns, and issues on a regular basis. Actively support employee safety, wellness, welfare, and related initiatives of the Company.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
An Associate Degree plus experience in customer service or human resource work, preferred or the equivalent of education and pertinent work experience.
JOB PREREQUISITES
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Good initiative, leadership, and organizational skills are essential. Must demonstrate outstanding ability and experience with Microsoft Office and similarly related software. Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize effectively company specific software programs in short period of time. A Superior time management, multi-tasking, flexibility, planning, organization, problem solving, innovation, self-awareness, personal leadership, decision-making judgment, collaboration and presentation skills are highly beneficial. Incumbent must also have good listening skills, problem analysis and problem-solving skills and basic math skills. A strong customer service orientation is required. Must have a valid driver's license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop and kneel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Driving is required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
