About JANZ Corporation JANZ Corporation is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and global healthcare provider of medical equipment, IT services, and pharmaceuticals to the U.S. Military and Department of Veterans Affairs. With locations on U.S. military bases worldwide, JANZ is one of the largest suppliers of home health equipment to the U.S. military and a trusted partner on multiple federal contracts and purchasing platforms. Position Overview The Government Account Manager will support and grow JANZ Corporation's federal business by managing day-to-day sales activities with VA Medical Centers, DoD hospitals, and other government customers. This role focuses on responding to quotes, managing opportunities under existing contracts, supporting account growth, and building strong relationships with contracting officers, prosthetics staff, logistics teams, and clinical personnel. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales within assigned VA, DoD, and other federal customer accounts through phone, email, and virtual meetings Respond to RFQs, RFIs, and other sales opportunities through platforms such as
ECAT, GSA, DLA, VA
portals, and other government purchasing systems Prepare accurate quotes and proposals in coordination with contracts, pricing, and leadership Monitor solicitations, BPA and IDIQ opportunities, and buying trends within assigned accounts Maintain an organized opportunity pipeline and detailed customer notes within CRM Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and a strong customer experience Develop a working knowledge of JANZ Corporation's product lines, including medical equipment, DME, rehabilitation, patient monitoring, and related healthcare solutions Track sales activity and performance against goals and provide regular updates to management Qualifications 1 to 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a related business development role B2B, healthcare, or government sales experience preferred Familiarity with federal procurement platforms or processes, including VA, DoD, SAM.gov, ECAT, GSA, DLA, or MSPV, is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach Comfortable working with pricing, margins, and Excel-based quotes Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience working with VA Medical Centers, DoD hospitals, or other federal healthcare facilities Background in medical devices, DME, rehabilitation, monitoring, or related healthcare products Experience working for or with a government contractor or
