Responsibilities Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue, profit, market share, and distribution goals. Build relationships with key customer decision-makers. Identify opportunities in merchandising, pricing, promotions, and category management. Analyze sales and market data to drive business decisions. Manage trade and promotional budgets. Partner with cross-functional teams to support customer growth. Coach and develop account representatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. 5+ years of experience in CPG sales, account management, or related field. Strong customer relationships, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Authorized to work in the U.S.
What We Offer Annual Base Salary Range:
$90,000 to $120,000 , plus annual bonus eligibility Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match. Generous PTO and wellness benefits.
