This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, expanding existing revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a highly technical role in the semiconductor industry as well as pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industries. Key Deliverables
    Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering, procurement, and operations teams at assigned customer base.
      Sales Execution:
      Drive the entire sales cycle: prospecting, needs identification, product presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
        Technical Consultation:
        Understand customer technical needs and collaborate with internal technical resources to provide appropriate solutions and technical explanations.
          Achieve Design Wins:
          Work to get company products specified into customer designs and projects ("design wins").
            Forecasting & Reporting:
            Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly update the CRM system with account activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
              Issue Resolution:
              Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to drive and resolve customer issues efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities
              • Own new product introductions (NPI) at customer sites and subsequent qualifications with vendor.
              • Drive continuous improvement programs (CIP) to increase tool availability, MTBI/MTTR, reduce CoO (Cost of Ownership), and extend tool life.
              • Lead cross-functional teams (Supplier, Banner Account Management, Regional, and Operations) to resolve customer issues
              • Deliver customer-specific upgrades, retrofits, and enhancement packages (e.g., chamber seal kits, ESC components, valve block redesign, weldment upgrades).
              • Train Banner Account Management and fab personnel on assigned product lines.
              • Support New Product Integration strategies and deliver feedback on feasibility of integration.
              • Keep track of sales performance metrics Education and ExperienceEducation & Certifications
              • Bachelor's degree in any engineering field (Recommended) Work Experience
              • 5 years experience in Sales or Account Management within the semiconductor or technical manufacturing industry.
              SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
                Systems:
                Proven experience and fluency with business productivity, CRM reporting and dashboard management tools.
                • Strong understanding of semiconductor facility construction and equipment
                • Strong verbal and written skills for documentation and presenting complex concepts.

                Pay:
                $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
