Personal Lines Account Manager-Wisconsin Work Arrangements:
In-Office, Hybrid, or Remote Employment Type:
Full-Time Position Overview We are currently recruiting for Personal Lines Account Manager opportunities with insurance agencies throughout Wisconsin. Multiple positions are available, offering a variety of work environments including in-office, hybrid, and remote. We are seeking experienced Personal Lines professionals who enjoy building client relationships, providing excellent service, and managing day-to-day insurance needs. Key Responsibilities Manage and service an assigned book of Personal Lines accounts Build and maintain strong client relationships Process endorsements, policy changes, renewals, and other service requests Review policies and coverage to help ensure clients' needs are met Obtain and process quotes as needed Communicate with clients, carriers, and agency partners Provide exceptional customer service and timely follow-up Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the agency management system Qualifications Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Previous Personal Lines insurance experience Strong knowledge of Personal Lines coverages and products Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with agency management systems is a plus Applied Epic or AMS360 knowledge a plus What We Offer Because these are multiple opportunities with different Wisconsin agencies, compensation, benefits, work environment, and career advancement opportunities will vary by position.
