Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions Proactively hunt for new business by identifying, pursuing, and converting new project opportunities in collaboration with distribution partners; this role is expected to generate net-new revenue, not solely manage existing accounts Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth Provide mentorship and guidance to account managers and sales teamsYOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Account Management or Distribution Sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth Strong knowledge of strategic account management and customer relationship building Expertise in developing and executing account plans, contract negotiations, Distribution Programs and identifying business growth opportunities Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to mentor and guide sales teams effectively Hunter and Challenger mindsetWE VALUE
