Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The position we are looking to fill is a Commission Only position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inside sales, technology sales, and account management. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients while effectively analyzing their needs and providing tailored solutions. If you are passionate about business development and have a knack for upselling, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Engage in lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities. Conduct cold calling/knocking to initiate contact with prospects/homeowners. Manage accounts by maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Analyze client requirements to recommend appropriate solutions that meet their needs. Collaborate with the technical sales team to provide comprehensive product knowledge. Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Experience Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Door knocking or Sales Experience Preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability in lead generation strategies. Experience with technical sales processes and software solutions is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
