We're hiring a Sales & Account Manager to own our customer relationships and sales pipeline, working alongside our Operations Manager who runs our field crews. What you'll do: Manage and grow our network of paving, sealcoating, and property-management partners; they're the heart of our business. Answer inbound calls and leads, quote jobs, and follow up until they're won. Keep our CRM sharp, hand sold work to operations each week, and work our repeat-customer list (parking lots need restriping every couple of years; the best lead list in the business is our own customer history). Most of this job happens by phone and computer

• work from home most days, with in-person time for partner meetings, occasional site visits, and a weekly planning meeting with operations.

You must live in Palm Beach or Broward County. What we're looking for: 2+ years in sales or account management, ideally in construction, trades, or property services. You're on the phone comfortably and often, you keep commitments to the minute, and you can run your own week without being managed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. CRM experience (HubSpot, Jobber or similar) is a plus. Comp & structure: Base salary plus uncapped commission on collected revenue, with a guaranteed commission floor during your 90-day ramp. You'll be one of two managers running the business day-to-day, with direct access to ownership. Company business phone line plus cell stipend, mileage reimbursement for partner visits and site walks, and work-from-home most days.
