In this role, you'll represent our portfolio of boutique, high-quality products with established accounts and at monthly company-driven events. This is a commission/salary hybrid opportunity where your income directly reflects your drive and results, and where unlimited earning potential meets a flexible schedule . Role Overview We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales / Account Manager to join the 220 Wine and Spirits team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts — including restaurants, bars, hotels, and retail establishments — responsible for growing revenue, expanding product placement, and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will combine your passion for wine and spirits with a hunter mentality, building lasting partnerships and consistently exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Sales Growth Manage and grow a portfolio of existing on- and off-premise accounts within an assigned territory Prospect, qualify, and onboard new accounts to expand market presence and revenue Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Negotiate pricing, promotions, and placement agreements aligned with company objectives Conduct regular account visits to build relationships, identify opportunities, and resolve issues proactively Product & Market Expertise Develop in-depth knowledge of the 220 Wine and Spirits portfolio including origin, production, tasting profiles, and food pairings Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging brands to advise clients effectively Lead tastings, staff trainings, and product education events for clients and their teams Collaborate with the buying team to provide market feedback and support new product introductions Operations & Reporting Maintain accurate records of account activity, pipeline, and sales data in CRM systems Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve delivery issues Manage account receivables in partnership with the finance team, ensuring timely collections

Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Strong public speaking skills—comfortable presenting to groups and customers Excellent written and verbal communication Experience in sales or hospitality with a focus on conversions and upselling a plus Event or experiential marketing background a plus Self-starter with attention to detail and adaptability 4-5 hours weekly (daytime) availability
