Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a professional and organized Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts. This position focuses on client communication, service coordination, quality control, enhancement opportunities, and the financial performance of assigned properties. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including property managers, HOAs, developers, and facility teams. Complete routine property inspections and conduct scheduled client meetings. Provide clear, timely communication regarding service updates, schedule changes, and resolutions. Support Field Managers in coordinating crews and maintaining quality standards. Ensure work orders are scheduled, completed, and accurately documented. Identify enhancement opportunities and prepare scopes, estimates, and proposals. Oversee approved enhancement projects to ensure timely and quality execution. Monitor revenue, labor usage, and performance metrics for assigned accounts. Maintain accurate records for labor, materials, and job costing. Collaborate with internal teams on planning, scheduling, and property needs. Qualifications Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to support and coordinate field teams. Experience in landscaping, property maintenance, or related service industries is helpful but not required. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism with clients. Familiarity with basic budgeting or account management is beneficial.
