This position is an account manager/field tech position, meaning the majority of the workload will be on-site visits, and maintenance and support for netGenius clients. Job description Skills 2 years experience providing Mac OS and Windows Support 2 years experience in Mac OS MDM management Experience in M365 and Google workspace IT experience in an enterprise or server based environment Recent systems maintenance and end user technical support experience Excellent desktop and troubleshooting skills Impeccable verbal/written communication Exhibit a high-level of professionalism and sound judgment Responsibilities Provide technical support to users at client sites in DFW Develop new revenue opportunities with clients Install new equipment, and make modifications to client infrastructure as requested Assist system users by confidently troubleshooting issues. Interact with netGenius clients using clear and concise communication in order to facilitate ticket status updates and product availabilities Effectively demonstrate a sense of urgency while acting in a professional, calm manner and manage appropriate and realistic expectations to ensure overall client satisfaction Leverage critical thinking skills to evaluate all possible solutions and use appropriate judgment to apply the most effective resolution methodology
