Job Description

The Company:
Our client is a market leading provider of Building Automation and Management Systems with an exceptional reputation for providing high value innovative solutions. They are the largest independent BMS provider in Australia with an international footprint in the USA, UK, Singapore and Malaysia. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business with the mission to accelerate our US growth by identifying, recruiting, and activating high-performing dealers, resellers, system integrators, and OEM partners across the United States. This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for someone who can create momentum, open new doors, build a qualified partner pipeline, and convert opportunity into measurable revenue growth. You will bring a hunter mindset and be expected to take ownership of US sales development activity, drive weekly prospecting discipline, maintain a visible pipeline, and report clearly on progress, blockers, partner quality, and revenue potential. This role will be based in Dallas. The role requires travel along with working from our office.
Responsibilities:
Identify and sign up dealers, resellers, and system integrators across the USA who will incorporate our clients cutting-edge products into their solutions. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the building automation and management systems sector. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive rapid growth in the USA market. Represent our company at industry events and conferences. Collaborate closely with the Australian and International teams to align strategies and leverage resources effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales within the building automation or building management systems industry. Demonstrated success opening new accounts, territories, or partner channels. Proven ability to prospect cold and convert conversations into commercial opportunities. Knowledge of HVAC systems and larger facility automation. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth. Ability to work independently, with urgency and resilience. Prepared to travel as required to work with new and prospective dealers and OEMs.
What success looks like:
Building a qualified pipeline of prospective dealers, resellers, system integrators, and OEM partners. Generating measurable partner-led opportunities. Providing clear market feedback to the Australian and international teams. Establishing a repeatable US channel development process.
