About the Role We're looking for a friendly, motivated person to make outbound calls in support of our customer accounts, from our College Station office.

Your main objectives will be:

call retail locations to determine product availability, stock levels and generate orders while building and enhancing customer relationships. This is a full-time position, and a great opportunity for someone who wants steady, hands-on experience with account management, relationship building, and exposure to the inner workings of a growing business. We're looking for someone ready to make this their primary role, not a short-term or transitional gig. What You'll Do Call retail locations to build and enhance account relationships Determine product availability, stock levels and generate product orders and update store information Document information obtained on calls in the customer account database Share ideas for improving outreach and results What We're Looking For 6 months to 1 year of customer service, retail, or phone-based experience (1-2 years, or account management/sales background, is a plus but not required) Comfortable and confident on the phone Friendly and able to build rapport quickly Self-motivated with strong initiative Organized and able to work independently Reliable and consistent — this is a full-time, in-office role with a fixed schedule Interested in growing a career in sales and account management How to Apply Apply with your resume and a short note telling us why you're interested.
