Assistant Commercial Account Manager Overview:
Are you a skilled insurance professional with a Texas Property & Casualty License and a knack for client management? Our client, a respected firm in the property & casualty insurance sector, is looking for an Assistant Commercial Account Manager to join their team.Key Responsibilities:
Kickstart client renewals early by ordering loss runs and prepping necessary documents. Maintain and update important expiration lists. Support setup of InsurLink and Agency Zoom platforms. Prepare insurance schedule summaries for Account Manager reviews. Manage Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property, Endorsements, and Cancellation requests via AMS360 and DocuSign. Assist in draft proposals for new and renewal policies. Verify policy accuracy against quotes and binders, promptly flagging any discrepancies. Communicate effectively with clients, producers, and underwriters. Use carrier online rating tools for quotes and endorsements.Requirements:
Texas Property & Casualty License (required). At least 2 years' experience in commercial insurance. Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Team player mindset. Experience with AMS360 is a plus.Compensation & Benefits:
