Looking for a people-person who enjoys a fast-paced environment and loves connecting with people? We're hiring an Account Representative to join our team in Mission, TX, representing AT&T inside a busy retail location. This is an in-person, face-to-face role where you'll set up in high-traffic retail spaces engaging shoppers throughout the day and helping them explore AT&T services that fit their needs. What you'll do: Approach and build rapport with customers shopping in-store, starting friendly conversations about their current phone and service needs Educate customers on AT&T products and services, and recommend options that fit their lifestyle Represent AT&T professionally while working within a retail partner location Guide interested customers through switching or signing up for AT&T service Track daily customer interactions and share results with your team Work toward individual and team goals, with the chance to earn more the harder you work What we're looking for: High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable approaching and engaging customers in a busy retail environment Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person A friendly, outgoing attitude and strong people skills Comfortable being on your feet and working in a fast-paced, high-traffic setting A problem-solver who's eager to learn and grow
