Interacts with clients, ensuring successful delivery of services and high customer satisfaction. This role acts as the primary contact for Mid-Market Platinum Customers.

1. Manage Client Relationships and Communications. 2. Resolve issues and escalate risks 3. Monitor engagement performance and outcomes 4. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and SLO benchmarks.
Salary Range:
$70,000-$75,000 a year #LI-DM1
