Job description: Established Foundation Repair Supplier Seeking Highly Motivated Outside Sales Representative About the

Company:

2000 Foundation Products has successfully supplied foundation repair products to North and South Texas for 30 years and is continuing to expand in Texas and beyond. We are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to assist with that expansion in the North Austin/Round Rock, TX area . This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, outside sales, customer service cold calling, and experience in the construction or foundation industry.

•If the applicant is selected, will be hired immediately.

Job Requirements:

Identify and establish contact with potential customers. Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers. Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales. Generate and submit sales reports to management on a weekly basis. Present, promote and sell current products using solid arguments to prospective customers Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customers/leads through cold calling Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Coordinate sales/delivery effort with team members and other departments Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers. Continuously improve through feedback Travel with-in Texas a must

Skills Required:

Excellent knowledge of MS Office a must, Experience with Trello a plus Oracle NetSuite experience preferred- training available for the right candidate. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in B2B sales. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Compensation:

Salary with a commission structure Vehicle mileage reimbursement - Details of reimbursement available upon phone interview. Microsoft Team for all interviews

Hours:

Full-time Expected to be available for calls, meetings from Headquarters or other team members from 7AM-4PM Monday - Friday.

Benefits:

Paycheck every Friday. After 60 days you will be eligible for Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Flexible spending and 401(k) Plan. You receive 1-week paid vacations after 1 year of service and then 2-weeks paid vacations after 3 years of service. Paid Holidays after 60 days with the company. $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
