Forest Creek Eye Center is eagerly seeking a dynamic full-time Optometrist and Therapeutic Glaucoma specialist to join our thriving practice in Round Rock, Texas. We prefer candidates who can work 32-40 hours per week but we are open to a flexible 3-4 day schedule for the right individual. As part of our growing team, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our patient's lives. We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive professional who is technically adept, detail-oriented and possesses outstanding communication skills. In this exciting position, you will provide comprehensive eye exams and manage a wide range of eye conditions. To ensure the highest standard of care, candidates must have glaucoma certification and experience in post-operative care. You will also conduct complex contact lens fittings, including daily disposables, gas permeable, and potentially scleral lenses. Forest Creek is equipped with cutting-edge diagnostic technology, including the Zeiss Humphrey Visual Field, OCT and Retinal Camera allowing you to deliver exceptional patient care. Our office utilizes the CrystalPM electronic medical records system, features six complete exam lanes (with room for growth) and is supported by a fantastic team dedicated to assisting with workups and care coordination. Additionally, our in-house finishing lab and stunning optical shop offer an extensive selection of high-end frame lines.
