Job Description

Job Posting:
Sales and Service Manager Job Overview LGA is seeking a high-caliber Sales and Service Manager to lead operations and drive revenue growth. This hybrid leadership role combines team management with high-level relationship building. You will manage daily dispatch operations, delegate team responsibilities, and personally manage our highest-value commercial and residential accounts. Your focus will be developing sales strategies, closing major deals, and securing long-term contract retention.
Key Responsibilities Management & Sales Growth Manage VIP Accounts :
Serve as the primary, high-touch contact for major commercial clients and high-value accounts.
Drive Sales Strategy :
Develop and execute strategic plans to close high-ticket residential and commercial installations.
Retain & Upsell Contracts :
Cultivate long-term client relationships to secure recurring service agreements and renewals.
Identify Opportunities :
Analyze regional market trends to pitch and win new corporate and commercial partnerships. Leadership & Operational Delegation Lead the
Management Team :
Guide, mentor, and inspire office service coordinators and field technicians.
Delegate Responsibility :
Empower office coordinators to handle daily logistics while maintaining ultimate accountability.
Optimize Operations :
Oversee daily dispatch schedules and job tracking within Service Fusion.
Bridge Communication :
Act as the critical link between corporate clients, office staff, and field technicians.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary :
$50,000 starting (reviewed at 60-90 days for a potential increase).
Signing Bonus :
$3,000 paid after 6 months of employment.
Commissions :
1% of sales (covering residential services, commercial services, and commercial installations).

Paid Time Off :
6 paid holidays (New Year's, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
Schedule & Logistics Reports To :
Operations Manager Hours :
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility required).
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $62,232.83 per year
