Type:

full-time Client Relationship Coordinator LHH is partnering with a client in Falls Church, VA looking to bring on a motivated and service-oriented Client Relationship Coordinator . This is an ongoing temporary assignment for the next 6+ months with the potential to extend.

Location:

Falls Church, VA (Onsite)

Schedule:

40 hours per week

Pay Rate:

$21-$24 per hour This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping clients, solving problems, and building professional relationships in a collaborative office environment. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition into full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

Please note:

This is an office-based client relationship role and not a call center position. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for an assigned group of clients. Respond to client inquiries and support requests in a professional and timely manner. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams. Deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining high service standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal partners. Accurately document client interactions and updates within company systems. Support client success initiatives and contribute to client retention efforts. Communicate client needs and feedback to appropriate internal stakeholders. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications and CRM systems. Strong client service orientation and desire to help clients succeed. Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities and processes. Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude. Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial real estate, property management, or a related industry is highly preferred. Previous customer service, administrative, or client-facing experience is a plus.
