Position Overview Dantzig Fleet Solutions is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Bilingual Sales Manager to grow our business across two core customer segments: fleet owners/operators and automotive & body repair shops/service providers . This is a hands-on B2B sales position responsible for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, building strategic partnerships, and creating a repeatable sales process that supports the company's continued growth. The ideal candidate understands that fleet and automotive sales are relationship businesses. Success requires more than generating leads—it requires understanding each customer's operation, identifying problems related to vehicle uptime, repair capacity, cost, quality, and service, and developing solutions that create measurable value. The Sales Manager will communicate with customers and prospects in both English and Spanish and should be comfortable working with everyone from business owners and executives to fleet managers, shop managers, service advisors, technicians, and drivers. Primary Customer Segments Fleet Owners & Operators Develop relationships with commercial fleet customers, including logistics and delivery companies, transportation businesses, contractors, rental operations, and other organizations operating multiple vehicles. The Sales Manager will identify opportunities to help fleet customers improve vehicle uptime, maintenance execution, repair turnaround time, cost control, inspection processes, and overall fleet readiness. Repair Shops & Service Providers Develop relationships with independent repair shops, body shops, specialty repair facilities, dealerships, and other automotive service providers. The Sales Manager will identify opportunities for shops to participate in the Dantzig Fleet Solutions service network, receive additional fleet repair volume, and develop long-term commercial relationships.
